I shot this while I was doing a big photography job at Eckington Manor Cookery School in Worcestershire before Christmas, using a Nikon D90. It was my first attempt at a food video and I can see the rough edges, but I have been reading and practicing and and am planning various projects for the coming weeks - and I love doing it. It's waking my eyes up again and everything I see is informing my new found fascination in the moving image.
